You'll act as a trusted advisor to leadership, developing budgets and long-term financial plans while performing in-depth financial analysis to drive strategic decisions. This senior role combines financial planning with performance analysis, delivering actionable insights to improve outcomes across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the Annual Financial Planning cycle
• Prepare detailed monthly financial commentary
• Perform KPI analysis on ABR, leverage, ACR, CGM
• Oversee commission actualisation and compensation modelling

• Financial planning and modelling experience
• Forecasting and budgeting expertise
• Cost analysis and control skills
• Business partnering with functional leaders
