You'll execute visual merchandising strategies in partnership with the Visual Manager to drive sales and maintain brand standards at ALO's Valley Fair location. Your core impact will be optimizing product presentation and inspiring the store team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role combines creative merchandising with operational leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute visual floor changes per directive and partnership with Visual Manager
• Manage shipment, receiving, processing, and sales floor recovery
• Use reporting tools to identify product placement opportunities
• Open and close store to visual standards

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years prior work experience in client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
• High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic with ability to integrate fun and work
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results individually and as team
