💼 About This Role

You'll join OpenAI's Trust & Safety Operations team to safeguard products and users from abuse, fraud, and emerging risks. You'll handle high-sensitivity cases and build scalable operational systems. This role involves exposure to sensitive content.

• Handle and resolve high-priority cases in your specialization area.
• Perform in-depth risk evaluations and investigations using internal tools.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in trust & safety, fraud prevention, or similar domain.
• Deep domain expertise in content integrity or emerging risk operations.
• Proven track record of scaling operations and building processes.
• Exceptional analytical skills to detect patterns and assess risk.
