๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll lead a business segment at Alan, building market leadership through vision, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Your core impact is owning the P&L and driving go-to-market for one of our key segments: Tech, Industry, or New Segments. You'll work with product, sales, and marketing teams to differentiate our offer and achieve rapid growth in a high-autonomy environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build market intelligence (quantitative sizing and qualitative customer insights)
  • Define value proposition and pricing for your segment
  • Develop go-to-market strategy for renewal and expansion
  • Own P&L and allocate resources across teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • At least 8 years of prior experience leading a business
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Ability to establish transversal influence across teams
  • Experience analyzing and manipulating data to build market views
