Description
As a Sales Engineer at LinkSquares, you'll partner with the sales team to drive revenue by designing and delivering custom demos of our AI-powered CLM platform, solving complex contracting challenges for modern businesses. You'll act as the technical expert, mapping customer pain points to solutions and collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical problem-solving in SaaS
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Experience with technical configuration; proficiency or willingness to learn JSON, HTML, or JavaScript
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) is a must
- Experience with API and systems integration
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations, including data preparation and demo configurations
- Support proof of concept trials for prospective customers
- Partner with Sales throughout the sales process and maintain client relationships
- Articulate how product meets business needs and addresses technology issues
- Become expert on competition and assist with displacement deals
