📋 Requirements

• Around 6 years of experience in technical writing for complex digital platforms.
• Strong expertise in Business Intelligence and reporting documentation.
• Proven ability to simplify configuration-heavy workflows into clear content.
• Hands-on experience creating training videos with tools like Camtasia or Loom.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or GitBook.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
• Knowledge of knowledge base or LMS platforms and accessibility standards (WCAG).
