You'll own and grow a $5Mโ€“$10M+ portfolio of customers for CXT Software, a SaaS company powering delivery logistics. You'll drive expansion, retention, and renewal targets while shaping the Account Management function from the ground up. This high-ownership role has the autonomy to define playbooks and processes in a rebuild-phase environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business
  • Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and maintain a 3โ€“4x coverage expansion pipeline
  • Manage renewals, mitigate churn, and execute recovery plans
  • Lead commercial conversations on pricing and contracts

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4โ€“8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Sales
  • Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities independently
  • Experience owning revenue targets like NRR or renewals
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
