You'll own and grow a $5Mโ$10M+ portfolio of customers for CXT Software, a SaaS company powering delivery logistics. You'll drive expansion, retention, and renewal targets while shaping the Account Management function from the ground up. This high-ownership role has the autonomy to define playbooks and processes in a rebuild-phase environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business
- Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain a 3โ4x coverage expansion pipeline
- Manage renewals, mitigate churn, and execute recovery plans
- Lead commercial conversations on pricing and contracts
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management or Sales
- Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities independently
- Experience owning revenue targets like NRR or renewals
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
