Description
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless launch of Scout Motors' vehicles, focusing on battery assembly. You'll represent technical capabilities, manage information, monitor timelines and budgets, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and establish start-up organizations for ramp-up phases.
Requirements
- Experience in battery manufacturing or assembly launch
- Knowledge of project management and financial key figures
- Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and timelines
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with RASI charts and qualification planning
Responsibilities
- Provide technical launch support for battery assembly during launch phase
- Collect and disseminate related information to teams for decision-making
