Description

You will own and expand relationships with hospitals and health systems to drive growth for Charlie Health, a virtual behavioral health company. You'll identify trends, design strategies, and lead meetings with partners to connect young people to mental health treatment.

Requirements

• 3+ years healthcare sales with track record of success
• Experience pitching and working with hospitals or large health systems
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel locally up to 2 hours driving distance
• Proficiency in CRM technologies, preferably Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and expand relationships with hospitals and major health systems
• Identify trends in local hospitals and health systems to formulate strategic opportunities
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to address barriers to treatment
• Maintain dialogue with referral sources throughout the referral process
• Synthesize market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
