You'll handle calls, manage support tickets, and perform administrative tasks like license generation and server refreshes. This role offers hands-on experience with enterprise software and growth within a top-ranked CLM platform.

  • Handle customer calls and submit support tickets
  • Generate software licenses and oversee installations
  • Perform routine server installations and refreshes
  • Route unresolved cases to Tier 2 with clear documentation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer support or technical support experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
  • Experience with database concepts and web technologies
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Java, APIs, and Linux
