💼 About This Role

You'll support daily operations for e.l.f. Beauty's digital commerce channels including Web, App, and TikTok Shop. You'll execute promotional calendars, merchandising updates, and analytics reporting to ensure activations launch accurately. This role offers a hybrid work environment with year-round half-day Fridays.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track inventory risks and coordinate sell-through tactics.
• Execute onsite merchandising updates for conversion optimization.
• Assist with promotional calendar setup and QA testing.
• Prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports on sales and conversion.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of digital sales, operations, or merchandising experience.
• Shopify storefront experience (admin, reporting, promotions).
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and data manipulation.
