💼 About This Role

You'll build and ship production features across the full stack for Sentra's AI teammate platform, helping startups scale. You'll own features end-to-end with real ownership in a fast-paced early-stage environment backed by a16z and Together Fund.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship features across frontend and backend
• Design scalable systems powering core product experiences
• Iterate with AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code
• Own features end-to-end from scoping to iteration

📋 Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career engineer with strong CS fundamentals
• Experience with Python and building APIs (backend/full-stack)
• Experience building modern web UIs with React and TypeScript (frontend/full-stack)
• Familiarity with SQL databases and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to LLMs, agentic frameworks, or RAG
• Experience with Vite, Tailwind, or testing frameworks
• Product and visual sensibility for intuitive interfaces
