💼 About This Role

You'll architect and scale Jeeves' partner ecosystem across North America, Latin America, and EMEA. You'll strengthen broker channels and pioneer new distribution models with technology platforms, embedded finance, and advisory networks. This is a builder role reporting to the CRO, with the opportunity to shape a high-impact channel driving sizable revenue.

• Define and scale global partnerships strategy across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
• Expand broker and channel performance with scalable playbooks.
• Diversify strategic partnerships into technology, embedded finance, and advisory.
• Lead end-to-end partner lifecycle from sourcing to performance management.
• Globalize best practices across metrics, incentives, and processes.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in partnerships or business development within fintech or SaaS.
• International experience with deep exposure to North America, LATAM, or EMEA.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling partner ecosystems across multiple regions.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish strongly preferred.
