Description
You will own the operational execution of private sales, coordinating client transactions, compliance documentation, and logistics while ensuring high-quality client service. You'll collaborate with specialists, legal, and shipping teams to manage the sale cycle from contract preparation to post-sale actions.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years experience in business administration, operations, or client service
- Exceptional client service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; read/write Traditional Chinese
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business to address client enquiries, resolve issues, and execute transactions
- Manage consignment agreements and terms of sale, including contract generation and tracking
- Coordinate authentication, third-party reviews, photography, and property movement
- Process post-auction transactions, account adjustments, and manage property returns
- Monitor and process house property and support inventory management
