🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and administer employment agreements and amendments.
• Advise clients and employees on employment legislation.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and government bodies for compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with legal compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at business level.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Familiarity with communication and project management tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, G-suite.
