As a Business Analyst, you will tackle challenges impacting Rubrik's subscription renewals business by performing opportunity pipeline analysis, identifying process improvements, and providing data-driven insights to leadership. You'll work with SQL, CRM tools, and BI systems to drive retention and growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years overall professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in an analytically rigorous field (MBA preferred)
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Experience with Data Analytics and Modeling

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly opportunity pipeline analysis and data validation
• Identify process automation and improvement opportunities and drive initiatives
• Communicate business performance and recommend actions based on analysis
• Drive global churn forecasting and renewal improvements
• Analyze customer data to reduce churn and identify root causes
