💼 About This Role

You'll build key customer relationships and drive adoption of Transmit Security's platform. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes through technical guidance and problem-solving. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge identity security technologies in a dynamic, remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build knowledge of customer environments and use cases
• Champion onboarding of new customers and drive time-to-value
• Identify and resolve technical roadblocks for customers
• Lead post-sales team and shape product roadmap
• Present product roadmap and confirm alignment with customer goals

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated technical leadership in B2B SaaS Customer Success or similar roles
• Deep technical knowledge in Risk/Fraud and Identity technologies (SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, etc.)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Willingness to travel up to once a month

• Experience leading and building out Technical Account Management teams
• Technical awareness of AWS, Azure, GCP cloud architectures
