🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale the Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting function
• Design and optimize workflows for detection engineering efficiency
• Manage and mentor a team of detection engineers
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop detection capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in detection engineering or threat hunting
• 2+ years of leadership managing detection engineering teams
• Strong background in cybersecurity operations or incident response
• Experience developing scalable detection logic in large-scale environments

• Experience with Elasticsearch or Datadog
• Active involvement in cybersecurity community
