You'll lead a team of over 100 warehouse associates in a fast-paced fulfillment center, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a team of shift leads and 100+ warehouse associates.
• Oversee daily shift operations and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Develop and implement process optimization projects in logistics.
• Balance 3-4 days on the floor with 1-2 days of strategic office work.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• First logistics experience through internships or working student roles.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Flexibility for shift work including evenings and Saturdays.
