You'll partner with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to generate actionable insights that inform business strategy for Spotify's advertising platform. Your work will directly impact hundreds of millions of fans and advertisers. You'll design rigorous statistical frameworks to evaluate incrementality and drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Partner with data scientists and engineers to generate actionable insights for business strategy
  • Build dashboards and tools for Sales to guide advertisers through their lifecycle
  • Design statistical frameworks to evaluate incrementality and lift of business investment
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a data science role with a quantitative degree
  • Experience building data pipelines (e.g., DBT) and scalable dashboards
  • Strong foundation in causal inference and experimentation
  • Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems and deliver structured solutions

  • Experience in programmatic advertising
  • Motivation to work with AI tools and LLMs
  • Clear communication skills to translate complex concepts
