💼 About This Role
You'll own the end-to-end customer journey for enterprise healthcare provider accounts at Candid Health, driving adoption, retention and expansion. You'll turn raw customer data into sophisticated engagement programs that increase product stickiness and surface expansion opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Product, and Customer Delivery, reporting to the CMO.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Map and refine multi-persona customer journeys with targeted interventions.
- Partner with Growth and Delivery to identify expansion-ready accounts.
- Design and launch multi-channel campaigns including email, ABM, and events.
- Own customer sentiment mechanisms (NPS, KLAS) and translate data into insights.
📋 Requirements
- 5-7 years in Lifecycle, Customer, or Growth Marketing in B2B SaaS or Healthcare Tech.
- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to leverage BI tools (Tableau, Looker) for segmentation and measurement.
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills to influence technical and executive audiences.
