You'll bridge clinical operations, product, and engineering on a VA clinical decision support platform, translating complex healthcare workflows into clear specifications. Your work will help build interoperable tools clinicians actually use. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional remote team to improve patient outcomes through software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Elicit and validate requirements from clinical stakeholders
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Support FHIR-based data mapping and clinical terminologies
• Coordinate UAT planning with clinical end users

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of BA or business systems analyst experience in health IT
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or healthcare data standards
• Proficiency in writing user stories and process flow documentation
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions with clinical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EHR platforms like Epic or Cerner/Oracle Health
• Exposure to CDS Hooks or clinical decision support logic
