Description

As Head of People for Monzo's European business, you'll report to the EU CEO and drive the people strategy that enables our ambitious expansion. You'll own the full employee lifecycle, coach the leadership team, and ensure we build a high-performance, scalable organization across multiple markets.

Requirements

• Experience as strategic HR partner in high-growth or scaling organizations
• Expertise in org design, workforce planning, and leadership development
• Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive people analytics and data-informed decisions
• Regulatory accountability experience (CF role) is essential

Responsibilities

• Strategic partner to EU CEO and leadership team; deliver people strategy for expansion
• Coach EU leadership on org design, workforce planning, and scaling high-growth organization
• Drive leadership development and succession planning to build a bench of future leaders
• Hold regulatory accountability as Controlled Function (CF-2) under Central Bank of Ireland
• Use people analytics to diagnose organizational health and influence strategy
