You'll provide commercially oriented legal advice across IP, marketing, compliance, employment, and privacy at a leading healthtech platform shaping the future of care in Australia. Your work will directly support product improvements and risk mitigation, driving positive change in the disability and aged care sectors.
π― What You'll Do
- Provide commercially oriented legal advice on IP, marketing, compliance, employment, and privacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
- Monitor legal and regulatory compliance affecting operations
- Assist with projects to improve products and services
π Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws degree and current Legal Practising Certificate
- 2+ yearsβ PQE in a law firm or in-house legal team
- Strong grounding in corporate and commercial law
- Knowledge of Australian contract law and core commercial principles
