Description

As a Customer Advocate, you'll deliver vehicles directly to customers using custom car haulers (no commercial license needed), load and unload vehicles, complete paperwork, and ensure a safe driving record. You'll be part of a fast-growing team redefining the car-buying experience with outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity
• Must obtain Notary within 90 days (company-sponsored)
• Must satisfy state-specific DMV access requirements

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers using custom car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system
• Inspect car-hauler for safety
• Maintain a clean driving record
