💼 About This Role

As a Technical Support Specialist at Okendo, you'll ensure seamless integration and support for Shopify brands by completing front-end development tasks on Shopify storefronts. You'll provide responsive chat and email support during onboarding and maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide chat and email support to merchants during onboarding and maintenance.
• Install Okendo widgets and perform feature setup on Shopify storefronts.
• Customize widgets, install extra components, and fix front-end bugs.
• Assist other support team members and contribute to internal documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
• Experience writing code with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving.

• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
