You'll serve as the trusted technical partner for OPSWAT's enterprise customers, owning the post-sales relationship for accounts running mission-critical workloads on our cybersecurity platform. You will guide deployments and optimize security posture across hybrid IT/OT environments. This role offers the chance to work with Fortune 500 enterprises and national CERTs globally.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own post-sales technical relationship for strategic accounts from onboarding through renewal
  • Drive deployment, integration, and optimization of OPSWAT products across IT/OT environments
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and service health checks
  • Troubleshoot complex multi-component issues and coordinate with support teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in a technical post-sales role at a cybersecurity or enterprise software company
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint security (EDR/XDR), network security, or SIEM tools
  • Strong fundamentals in networking and operating systems (Windows, Linux)
  • Experience integrating security platforms via REST APIs and scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with OT/ICS environments and security frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82)
  • Background serving regulated industries (government, defense, energy, financial services, or healthcare)
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, OSCP, or CEH
