You'll lead clinical operations and field staff in a Medicare-certified home health practice. You'll drive quality, compliance, and client-centered care while coaching and developing clinicians. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct client assessments and develop care plans
• Supervise and evaluate field staff clinical competency
• Ensure clinical documentation accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with physicians, payers, and interdisciplinary team

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in Colorado
• Minimum two years of recent nursing experience
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
