You'll act as the technical engine of the Regulatory Affairs team, translating regulations into submissions and advisory. Your work will directly protect revenue streams and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. You'll also build AI tooling to revolutionise our approach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft critical regulatory submissions for review.
• Research and provide initial advice on regulatory queries.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for regulatory data.
• Audit oversight committees and policies for compliance.
• Maintain AI tooling knowledge base and verify answers.

📋 Requirements

• Stakeholder management skills to hold teams accountable.
• Governance and oversight experience with boards/committees.
• Regulated environment experience (Legal, Education, etc.).
• Ability to interpret dense regulatory guidance into actions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tooling like Wordsmith or Cassidy.
• Data analysis skills for risk trend spotting.
• Project management experience with annual returns.
