You will be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients and building a robust sales pipeline. This outbound role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in sales development or business development, preferably in tech or AI
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets via outbound prospecting
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to craft persuasive messaging
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Master sales process, target markets, value proposition, and pricing models to exceed quarterly and annual goals
  • Execute high-quality outbound prospecting across market segments to build sales pipeline
  • Qualify and develop outbound sales leads
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to build and optimize email campaigns for specific personas
  • Analyze industry trends and customer segmentation to identify new sources of qualified leads
