You will be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients and building a robust sales pipeline. This outbound role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in sales development or business development, preferably in tech or AI
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets via outbound prospecting
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to craft persuasive messaging
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Master sales process, target markets, value proposition, and pricing models to exceed quarterly and annual goals
- Execute high-quality outbound prospecting across market segments to build sales pipeline
- Qualify and develop outbound sales leads
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to build and optimize email campaigns for specific personas
- Analyze industry trends and customer segmentation to identify new sources of qualified leads
