You'll open up a new market for ElevenLabs, building a team and winning strategic customers to deploy voice AI technology against their most challenging problems. You'll operate as if a co-founder, leveraging support from the broader org to generate impact from day one. This role offers the chance to shape a market from 0 → 1.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs.
• Build and lead a team of forward deployed engineers within the region.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models.

📋 Requirements

• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: proven experience influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• People Leadership: ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration.
• Strategic and Commercial Awareness: align technical strategy with business objectives.
