Description

You will build and deepen strategic partnerships with Global Systems Integrators, advising C-suite leaders on how Klaviyo can grow their business. You'll manage co-selling opportunities, drive cross-functional collaboration, and equip GSI sales teams through training and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SaaS account management, channel and/or sales experience
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with enterprise methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDPICC)
  • Ability to build strong executive relationships and lead multi-threaded deals

Responsibilities

  • Build narrative and articulate Klaviyo's value to GSIs, differentiating from other solutions
  • Manage business development referrals and co-selling opportunities with GSIs
  • Advise GSIs on business model and growth strategy
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Recruit, Sales, Marketing, and Product
  • Develop partner training, sales playbooks, and joint value propositions
