💼 About This Role

You'll join the Airfam Products team to build AI-powered employee experience platforms for Airbnb's global workforce. You'll democratize AI by building tools that empower non-technical employees to leverage LLMs. Your work will be a force multiplier for the entire company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical design of LLM-powered features for OneChat and enterprise AI tools
• Architect and build production-ready AI/ML-integrated systems
• Develop and iterate on agentic AI capabilities
• Own production AI systems end-to-end

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with production AI/ML systems
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models including fine-tuning and RAG
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one additional language
• Experience building and deploying production ML systems at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in Computer Science or Machine Learning
• Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
• Familiarity with ML evaluation systems including LLM-as-a-judge
