Description

As a GTM Sourcer at Samsara, you will architect talent pipelines through advanced research and competitive mapping, engage high-performance passive candidates, and partner with recruiters to execute creative sourcing strategies for GTM roles across the UK and EMEA. You'll own your outreach data to optimize engagement and influence hiring decisions with market insights.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience including in-house SaaS GTM sourcing in a high-talent bar organization
• Experience conducting research and trend analysis across multiple European markets
• Proficiency in advanced Boolean searches, competitive talent pool analysis
• Proficiency with HireEZ and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to structure sourcing volume, message personalization, and candidate qualification

Responsibilities
