💼 About This Role

You'll lead multi-domain engineering and IT operations for the Office of Naval Intelligence's Hopper Global Communications Center, supporting over 14,000 users. You'll own cost, schedule, and performance while driving risk management and contract compliance. This role offers the opportunity to modernize communications systems and implement cloud/AI initiatives in a mission-critical environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Integrated Master Schedule for program milestones and dependencies.
• Lead formal reviews and produce deliverables like QPRs and TEMs.
• Maintain Program Management Plan, Calendar, and Conference Schedule.
• Ensure Quality Assurance per QASP and configuration control.

📋 Requirements

• PMP certification required.
• 10+ years leading large DoD/IC IT or Cyber programs.
• 5+ years managing multi-vendor/subcontractor efforts with cost/schedule accountability.
• Experience in Defense acquisition and Navy contract management.

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field.
• Experience with DoDIIS communication systems and networks.
• Knowledge of DoD 5000 series acquisition policies.
