💼 About This Role
You'll own and transform the resubscription growth engine at IPSY, driving former members back to the platform. You'll orchestrate a cross-channel strategy across email, push, SMS, paid media, and more to increase resubscriber volume and LTV. This role is a visible change agent rethinking how IPSY approaches churned members through data-driven personalization and experimentation.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own resubscriber targets across all subscription programs (Original, Extra, Ultimate).
- Build and manage reactivation forecasts and monitor performance vs. plan.
- Develop an integrated reactivation framework across email, push, SMS, paid media, and on-site.
- Design and lead rigorous testing roadmaps for offer, cadence, creative, and channel mix.
📋 Requirements
- 8+ years of lifecycle, CRM, growth, or subscription marketing experience.
- Proven ownership of revenue-driving programs tied to retention or reactivation.
- Exceptional analytical storytelling skills to connect data to financial impact.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with partners in Tech, Data, Creative, and CX.
