You'll manage a large portfolio of EMEA customers, designing at-scale outreach campaigns and onboarding programs to drive Notion adoption. Your core impact will be helping customers achieve maximum value from Notion through tailored consultations and training. You'll work cross-functionally with sales to shape our growth strategy.

  • Manage a large portfolio of EMEA customers
  • Onboard and expand customer base through consultations and training
  • Design and run at-scale outreach campaigns
  • Identify strategic customers to drive monthly active users and seat expansion

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years experience at a fast growing software company
  • Track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Fluent Spanish speaker
  • Experience managing a large volume of accounts

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Built Customer Success playbooks or processes
  • Experience in scaled program management or building campaigns in Outreach
  • Experience using Notion, Salesforce, and Gainsight
