🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable systems and architectures
• Lead high-complexity full-stack development projects with modern tech stacks
• Mentor junior engineers in system design, cloud services, and AI technologies
• Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions and prototypes to production

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with scalable systems
• Extensive full-stack development with Python, React, Next.js, Node.js, Java, or Ruby on Rails
• Hands-on experience with AI toolings and large language models (LLMs)
• Strong expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for cloud-native environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience leading engineering teams or acting as a Tech Lead
• Experience building AI applications and their underlying infrastructure
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and best practices
