💼 About This Role

You'll lead the rollout, administration, and compliance of Xsolla's Complementary Compensation Plan for a global commerce company. You'll ensure compensation programs meet regulatory requirements and support strategic initiatives. This role offers the chance to work with crypto and token-based compensation in the video game industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead rollout and compliance of Complementary Compensation Plan.
• Ensure compensation programs comply with laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Executive teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies proactively.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law or related field.
• 8+ years in compensation, compliance, or legal role.
• Experience with IPO, crypto compensation, ESPPs, or equity plans.
• Deep knowledge of SEC laws for compensation compliance.

• Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CEP, JD).
• Knowledge of crypto and tokens.
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
