You'll lead the technology organization of a high-growth insurtech scale-up, owning the tech vision and architecture for a multi-market AI-powered platform. You'll set the engineering culture, drive AI deeply into workflows, and scale the platform for aggressive European expansion. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers a seat at the leadership table with a competitive equity package.

  • Own and articulate the technology platform vision across multiple European markets.
  • Lead deep architectural decisions on regulatory, underwriting, and claims workflows.
  • Drive AI integration into customer-facing and internal workflows.
  • Manage managers and scale a multi-layered engineering organization.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with Insurance, Operations, and Commercial teams.
