You'll define and execute the technical and organizational strategy for Saviynt's internal platform, balancing scale, simplicity, and developer empowerment. You'll help shape core platform capabilities and reduce complexity for product teams while investing in a strong, inclusive team culture. Partner with engineering leaders to drive platform improvements that boost development velocity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multi-cluster, cross-region compute and infrastructure platforms
• Define and execute platform engineering strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to prioritize platform investments
• Mentor and develop engineering talent across multiple domains

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience
• 9+ years building and operating distributed systems in cloud-native environment
• Experience leading multiple technical domains under a unified platform strategy
• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent

✨ Nice to Have

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and service meshes (Istio or Linkerd)
• Experience architecting AWS-native solutions
• History of delivering platform capabilities that improved developer experience
