You will co-lead monthly sales compensation processes, drive analytics and benchmarking, and partner with leadership to design and communicate compensation plans. This role is key to scaling Carta's sales compensation strategy and operational foundation.
Requirements
- 6+ years progressive experience in sales compensation
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end commissions close process
- Deep expertise in sales incentive compensation concepts and performance measurement
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and cross-functional audiences
- Advanced analytical capability with large data sets and scenario analyses
Responsibilities
- Co-lead monthly sales compensation process with accurate commission calculations and performance reporting
- Drive sales compensation analytics and benchmarking to inform plan design
- Partner with leadership to model scenarios and assess business impact
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor plan effectiveness and ROI
- Enhance and maintain compensation tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ) for scalable data management
