💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience at a pop culture retail store. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This part-time role offers a chance to eliminate hunger through our donation program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
