You'll provide home health visits from Williamsburg to Hampton, VA, following a designated care plan for each patient. You'll perform skilled nursing duties like medication administration and wound care while monitoring client conditions and documenting care using a touch pad tablet.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient's needs
• Make home visits in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments and procedures
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a tablet

📋 Requirements

• Registered Nurse license in VA
• 1 year of recent clinical (med/surg) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to assigned cases
