💼 About This Role

You'll own the development of flight-critical propulsion components from concept through flight qualification at a high-speed aircraft manufacturer. You'll directly design and deliver hardware while leading a small team through rapid build–test–iterate cycles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own propulsion components from concept through flight qualification
• Design for extreme environments including high temperature and pressure
• Drive trade studies across performance, manufacturability, and testability
• Lead rapid build–test–iterate cycles and mentor a team of 2–5 engineers

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 7+ years of experience developing mechanical or propulsion hardware
• Demonstrated ownership of hardware from concept through test or production
• Strong fundamentals in fluids, thermodynamics, mechanics, and materials
