Description

You will lead the Product Engineering team at Coupang Pay, driving the development of high-quality software for new fintech products. You will manage the full SDLC, guide technical decisions, and ensure team growth and project delivery.

• Experience in back-end engineering and leading engineering teams
• Expertise in SDLC and architectural decision-making
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to move with urgency and drive results
• Experience in fintech or payment services preferred

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into technical roadmap and execution plan
• Manage SDLC including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Lead architecture and technical decisions, manage tech debt
• Set and maintain code quality, performance, stability, and security standards
• Manage schedule, resources, risks, and project delivery
