You'll own release cycles for autonomous driving software at Wayve, ensuring reliable and timely releases that balance innovation with stability. You'll drive process improvements and act as the central point for release status and risks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own release cycles and maintain a predictable shipment rhythm.
• Drive decisions on issue inclusion or deferral balancing stability and speed.
• Identify bottlenecks in release process and drive improvements.
• Implement dashboards and KPIs for program visibility.
• Partner with SRE/DevOps to shape CI/CD and release tooling.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in release management or software engineering.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and release management practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Github, Buildkite, CLI).
• Skilled at managing multi-platform releases.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive, robotics, or AI industries.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• BSc in Computer Science or related field.
