Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams, contribute to the full software development lifecycle, and help shape our culture in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 8+ years software engineering with high performance architecture
• 6+ years backend development using Java/Kotlin
• Experience with electronic trading, order management, or investment banking
• Understanding of automated testing and cloud native applications on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud

Responsibilities

• Contribute design skills and technical expertise in a collaborative team
• Participate in the entire software development process from requirements to implementation
• Impact a modern tech stack with front-end frameworks and AWS back-end services
• Create developer automation for scalable, high-quality applications
• Coach, mentor, and inspire product engineering teams
