🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of major team-scoped projects
• Participate in cross-team initiatives for HR and Payroll products
• Provide feedback on code reviews and mentor other engineers
• Propose and implement improvements to the platform

📋 Requirements

• Engineering fundamentals and track record of shipping production systems
• Practical experience designing agentic/automation workflows
• Experience with Postgres or similar databases
• Experience with CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar)

• Experience with functional programming languages like Elixir or Scala
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or AWS
• Experience with Next.js or React
