You'll manage the full employee lifecycle for the DACH region while supporting the CEO in administrative tasks. Your work will optimize HR processes and ensure compliance with Austrian labor law. This hybrid role offers flexibility in a dynamic IT consultancy.

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for DACH region
- Optimize HR processes and implement new ideas
- Advise managers and employees on HR matters
- Coordinate payroll with tax advisor
๐ Requirements
- Completed commercial education or degree in business/HR/psychology
- At least 3 years of HR experience
- Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law
- Very good German and English skills
