🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for DACH region
• Optimize HR processes and implement new ideas
• Advise managers and employees on HR matters
• Coordinate payroll with tax advisor

📋 Requirements

• Completed commercial education or degree in business/HR/psychology
• At least 3 years of HR experience
• Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law
• Very good German and English skills
